$50 for one PDF page or image. These ads are shown in the big screens during contest (between competitors). We encourage each chorus and quartet to submit a Billboard Ad. Advertise you, your products, your show, your events, and recognize another chorus or quartet for their accomplishments.
Vendors are encouraged to submit an ad. You must fill out the form and the payment (the next page) for your order to be completed.
Submission Requirements
Deadline for submissions is April 15.
- No animation. Slides go by very quickly, and animations are totally lost on the viewer.
- You may create your ad in PPT, PPTX, or PDF. Your ad must be submitted as a pdf (landscape orientation); jpg, or gif.
- Be sure that your graphics and/or text do not extend all the way to the edge of the page to help prevent them from being cut off when displayed.
- You can send a screen shot (image format) of the slide to Michelle Riggi-Smith to help ensure that the final result is as you designed it.
