Congratulations Keith!

It is bitter sweet that Maple Mountain Chorus announces that our director, Keith Parker, has been given a promotion from his employer and will be relocating to Dallas Texas, by Sept. 1st.   We congratulate him on his achievements and wish him the best for a bright and wonderful future.  This is very sudden for both Maple Mountain and Keith. He is a very gifted and talented young man and we will miss his direction, vocal warm-ups, general upbeat personality, and encouragement.  We are grateful for the time we had with him, however brief, but valuable.

Dogwood Blossoms Chorus announces new director

Dogwood Blossoms Chorus, a chapter of Sweet Adelines International in Mt. Vernon OH, is pleased to welcome Rachel Fankhauser as the new director of the chorus. Ms. Fankhauser follows Donna Dudgeon, who retired at the end of 2015 after leading the chorus for 25 years.

All good things must come to an end, and DOUBLE DARE has decided to announce our retirement. Our bass, Sandy, has retired (from work, not singing) and moved to South Carolina, making it impossible to create and rehearse the kind of antics that we (and we hope you) have loved! Before we go, we’d like to say to all of our supporters in Sounds of Pittsburgh and around the Region-THANK YOU for all your love and support over the years. We were proud to perform for you, and hope that we created some Kodak Moments for each of you!
